		<description>Thanks!  I don&#039;t have an Alfred bread pan, and I don&#039;t know if it would work well.  The consistency of gluten-free bread dough is much wetter than normal bread.  My directions were very specific about the pan and the pan preparation.  Perhaps we could experiment with it sometime?</description>
